Refund policy

Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours unless otherwise notified.
• FREE local pickup is available. Choose pickup option at checkout. Please email mburnellandcollc@gmail.com to schedule your pick up.
• Please contact your local post office in regard to lost or damaged items. Once it is out of our possession, it is out of our control.
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy:

• Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
• It is up to our discretion as to whether an item qualifies for a return.
• Sale items are final sale.
• Holiday items are final sale.
• Pre-order items are final sale. We do not cancel orders once they are placed. 
• Local pickup orders have the same return policy. It is 10 days from the time your order is placed is the time you have to pick up and return.

Local Pickup:

• Items must be picked up at the agreed upon time. If you are not available at that time, please email us as soon as possible to reschedule.
• Items not picked up will be held for 30 days. If they are not picked up, they will be donated, and a refund will NOT be issued.
• Pickup times are Monday-Thursday 5:30-7:00 p.m. and Friday-Sunday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Time must be scheduled prior to pick up. All scheduled picks ups are at our discretion.
• You will be charged a shipping fee for orders that were selected for pickup but need to be shipped.
